The KG-S88G operates on all 22 GMRS channels, plus 8 repeater channels at up to 5 watts of power. It has 400 programmable channels with full support for both standard and non-standard CTCSS tones and DCS codes for maxium flexibility, so you can customize your GMRS comms to fit your needs.
The KG-S88G is equipped with a backlit LCD display, channel knob, 2 programmable side keys and a programmable top key. Standard features include DTMF encoding and decoding, split CTCSS tones and DCS codes, tone scan and save functions, wide and narrow bandwidth selectivity, roger beep, and much, much more.
